Beds were very comfortable and the room was a good size. The bathroom and shower were also a good size. Believe me, I have been in some motels where it was impossible to turn around!!

I think the fittings in the hand basin could be upgraded. And the basin itself replaced

Staff were very friendly as we had a late arrival and they helped organise dinner for us.

The manager was very friendly and showed genuine concern for my plight to get a good feed and nights rest The steak & veg I had for dinner was excellent I would recomend to anyone as the best budget priced motel I have stayed in A quiet location on the edge of town

Thermostat on the heater was too far from the main room, so it took a long time to warm up.

Comfortable, clean, warm, quiet, well equipped, spacious rooms with reasonable rates. Undercover parking, great in-room meals (room service), friendly and flexible staff.

Normally motels have small milk packets. But it was missing here :(

I stayed at the Alabaster for 2 nights with my teenage daughter whilst at the Cowra Eisteddfod. Our room was around the back of the motel. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay again.

TThe staff were friendly the room was clean and the meals were excellent.

Very clean, quiet rooms. The newly renovated bathrooms were a lovely surprise, nice clean lines with modern fittings. They were also able to accommodate a group booking so that three of us could stay in one room.
